My stain did not disappear. Any recommendations?

I used OxyKIC and my stain did not disappear. Do you have any recommendations?

ANSWER:  Some stains may take additional applications to be fully removed. Repeat the process as listed on the label. If a stain has been allowed to set, it may not be able to be completely removed from the carpet.
