Item Number 7: To remove front

1. Remove handle item 5.
2. Remove screws securing front case.
3. Press pedal item 29 and lower case onto its back (do not drop).
4. Lift front case from the handle end. The front case will raise and hinge at the wheel. Lift until the clips at the wheel end come free from the lower case.
   
   
• If motor fails to operate
  Check the 5 Amp fuse located on the top of the motor windings. If blown establish problem with motor and replace.
  
  
• If the unit fails to pump water
  The most common faults are:
1. Pump failed.
2. Pump drive belt broken.
3. Water tank not located properly and not sealing onto base.
4. Machine spray tips clogged (due to not being cleaned out in clean water after use). Soak in warm soapy water to un-clog. Also flush out internal piping to clear system.
