  • Item Number 14: To remove the lower top housing
    • Turn smart mix knob to High Traffic.
    • Remove flow indicator item 58-60, water tank 64 and shampoo bottle.
    • Remove 6 securing screws.
    • When the cover is lifted, inspect smart mix valve item 37 and note how it is assembled and operates. The valve must be re-fitted into the top housing when re-assembled.

  • Item Number 16.2: Overseal autoload
    • Fits valve on items 4 and 66, and valve on item 16.

  • Item Number 56: To remove front
    • Remove handle item 7.
    • Remove tool holder item 48.
    • Remove 4 screws securing front case.
    • Press pedal item 31 and lower case onto its back (do not drop).
    • Lift front case item 54 from the handle end. The front case will raise and hinge at the wheel. Lift until the clips at the wheel end come free from the lower case.
    • Note: Position of heater and the heater securing rubber supports item 56.
    • If motor fails to operate
      • Check the 5 Amp fuse located on the top of the motor windings. If blown, establish problem with motor and replace.
    • If the unit fails to pump water
      The most common faults are:
      • Pump failed
      • Pump drive belt broken
      • Water tank or shampoo bottle not located properly and not sealing onto base.
      • If the unit has been regularly used, the heater may be corroded or blocked with lime scale. The heater can be cleaned or replaced.
